Senior Manager of Network Experience (Learning Management System Administrator) {Cincinnati, OH or Chicago, IL}

Reporting to the Senior Director of Learning and Activation, the Senior Manager of Network Experience will be responsible for managing two key services to support Network learning and activation: the Partner Portal and Network Navigator offering. The primary purpose of the position is to support acceleration of equitable results in the StriveTogether Cradle to Career Network by managing community engagement and experience of the Network partnerships. The Senior Manager of Network Experience will hold the overall responsibility for digital community engagement through the partner portal, an online learning management space. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for coordinating and managing the Network Navigator program that delivers personalized supports to the Network communities by pairing staff members as customer support specialists.  The successful candidate will possess strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.


Manage the Partner Portal (Learning Management System)

  • Facilitate a team of Network members and internal staff to support development and maintenance of a robust learning management system
  • Manage membership and development and oversight of learning circles on the platform
  • Review community content on an ongoing basis to ensure compliance with all StriveTogether style and community management guidelines
  • Leverage analytics and metrics to identify areas for optimization, improvements in content and operational/cost efficiencies
  • Continuously assess digital landscape and industry trends, share new ideas and learnings with internal teams, and bring innovative thinking to maintain a best-in-class digital community engagement strategy
  • Work with the External Affairs team to execute multi-tiered communication campaigns within the platform
  • Develop and execute a program to train internal and external users, both new and existing, on how to use the content management system
  • Manage and maximize content within the platform (including archiving, tagging, copywriting/headline writing, image use, etc.)
  • Review user analytics and direct feedback to track and report engagement with specific platform content, using the results to make decisions about how to improve the community engagement and learning strategy
  • Manage technical partner/vendor relationships and support on-going technical needs from the partnership communities with help from technical experts
  • Create, write and edit content for the platform as needed

Facilitate Network Navigator  (consultant/customer service) Offering

  • Network Navigator is a StriveTogether support where program staff members are assigned to 3-5 partnerships within the Cradle to Career Network.  The purpose is to support partnership progress toward equitable outcomes for every child
  • Manage assignment of Navigators and provide direction to ensure strong customer experience.
  • Work closely with Director of Coaching to create structures and ongoing (at least quarterly) professional development to support Navigators’ success.Collect, maintain and synthesize data collected by the Navigators on ongoing basis
  • Work closely with Senior Manager of Assessment and Evaluation to share partnership data with Navigators, with the goal of supporting partnership progress
  • Synthesize learnings from the Network through this offering to support program team’s work.
  • Mobilize and manage Navigators to create and upload content on the Portal
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality customer experience by holding Navigators accountable.

  • 3-5 years experience
  • Bachelors degree is required
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including experience communicating complex topics and concepts to audiences with a range of familiarity with the topics
  • Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to be self-directed and independent, with a track record of taking initiative
  • Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously, with experience organizing and prioritizing work quickly in response to changing needs. Commitment to learning and applying Results Count™ framework
  • Willingness to either relocate to or travel to Cincinnati every 4-6 weeks for 2-3 days
